Iconic Cartier Panthere design. Made of platinum, the pendant features a 7-carat Tahitian pearl. The panthere is encrusted with two-hundred-sixty-one round brilliant cut diamonds (F-G color, VS1 clarity, 1.75 carats total) and fifty-seven sapphires (1.91 carats total). The hanging pearl pendant is removable, so the piece can be worn in several different ways. Measurements: 1-3/4 x 1-3/4 inches (4.2 x 4.2 centimeters). Weight: 24.3 grams.
