The Chapeau Chinois collection was first presented to the public in 1931. The brand created it for the Paris Exposition Coloniale Internationale, a fair that was dedicated to the world's art and culture. VCA's designers were inspired by a traditional Chinese hat which they embodied in high- polished gold. This particular bracelet belongs to a re-launched collection in 2000.
