Bvlgari ancient coin pendant in 18k gold, set with an authentic bronze Roman coin of Emperor Caracalla. The coin depicts Emperor Caracalla in profile, wearing a laurel wreath, with Latin inscription along the edge. The reverse side carries an eagle motif and is engraved "ROMA CARACALLA AUG. A.D. 211-217," marking the coin to the emperor's reign.
The aged patina of the bronze coin contrasts nicely against the polished gold frame, giving the pendant an antique yet finished look.
