An iconic Bulgari Monete necklace, made of 18k gold, featuring an ancient coin and a leather cord. The coin is framed in a polished gold bezel. It’s a bronze Roman coin that depicts Severus Alexander, the Roman emperor from 222 to 235 AD. The revers has an image of a warrior holding a branch, a shield, and a spear. The coin pendant is suspended from the leather cord that gives the necklace a contemporary, understated feel. At the front, gold links with coiled gold wire detailing connect the pendant to the clasp. Bulgari’s Monete collection is known for incorporating genuine ancient coins into jewelry.
