Designed in France by André Vassort, this necklace centers on a carved Colombian emerald shaped into a heart. The emerald is pierced and sculpted, measuring about 7/8 inch across, and comes with a GIA Emerald Origin Report confirming its Colombian origin. The pendant drops approximately 1 13/16 inches from the collar. Above the emerald, a gold element set with two neat rows of small diamonds. Three oval purple sapphires follow, each bezel set and arranged vertically to link the pendant to the chain. This color contrast is deliberate and eye-catching. The necklace itself is crafted in 18k yellow gold. with articulated heart-shaped links form a flexible collar. It measures about 15 1/2 inches long and roughly 1/4 inch wide.
