This vintage ring by Boucheron is made of 18 karat yellow gold, round brilliant cut diamond (F-G color, VS1 clarity, total weight 1.20 carats) and round faceted sapphire (total weight 1.30 carats). The ring is size 5 (re-sizable). Measurements: 7/8″ x 9/16″ (2.2 x 1.4 cm). Weight: 10.1 grams. The ring is stamped with Boucheron maker’s mark, serial number and French hallmark for 18 karat gold.
